  • Check-in: After the designated time, enter the provided code to unlock the door.
  • Before sharing check-in information, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.

  • All resort buildings have elevators for accessibility.
  • Units have step-free, wheelchair accessible pathways, wide clearances, and accessible bathrooms.
  • Each unit includes free parking for one car.

Policies and Rules

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • No house parties. Family groups only. Misrepresentation may result in immediate eviction without refund. The company reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks allowed.
  • No pets allowed (resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo. Smoking in any residence may result in a $150 ionization fee.
  • Trailers and car hauler parking is prohibited. Contact property management for alternative arrangements.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property of landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods.
  • Tenant agrees to hold landlord harmless and indemnify against risks.
  • Premises are for residential use only. No animals and no other use permitted.
  • Tenant must comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy.
  • No acts allowed that will increase insurance rates or cause cancellation of insurance.
  • Use of swimming pool and other property facilities is at client's own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to client’s property is client’s responsibility.

Fees and Payments

  • $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

  • Cancel more than 14 days before arrival for a full refund.
  • Cancel 14 days or less before arrival: 100% rental fee forfeited.
  • Cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Cancellations cannot be made online.
  • The company may cancel the booking for any reason and will refund all monies paid. The company is not liable for other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather, or any other event beyond their control.

  • Each unit includes free parking for one car.
  • Trailers and car hauler parking is prohibited; alternative arrangements are available via property management.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for a nominal fee of $0.50.
